1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Forbire's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Forbire provides premium website development and maintenance services on a subscription basis. Our services include custom website design, development, hosting, and ongoing support.

3. Subscription and Payment

Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and completion of the buyout option (18 months), you will own all rights to your custom website. Until then, Forbire retains ownership of all code and designs.

5. Limitation of Liability

Forbire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
